Welcome to Lorene Harris Dressmaking & Design! Your dressmaking, design and alterations service in Wellington City, N.Z. I do repairs and alterations, pattern making, reproduction of your old favourites, basic tailoring and love to make dresses. If you are looking for something special, a ball dress, bridesmaids frock or bespoke wedding gown I would love to make up your pattern or original design. I have always loved to design and make things - 100% New Zealand made fashion, accessories and other goodies. I have been working in Wellington sewing and designing for 20 years, first running my small fashion boutique Dandylion specialising in locally made fashion and accessories, then designing my label Love Love Lorelei. In the past ten years I have been focusing on making bespoke items for my clients and enjoying doing more challenging bridal design.
